These look amazing. Many of my Fit2B clients use Whole30 but they struggle when itâs over. If they are using it for weight loss, itâs not sustainable for them. Itâs so good if they plan to use it to wade into healthier lifestyle choices. Any âdietâ is hard to maintain, and we talked about that in our recent podcast on weight loss! So interesting. Iâll be bookmarking this for my husband who is on anti inflammatory protocol right now!

Whole30 definitely isnât meant to be a lifestyle. Itâs meant to help people recognize sources of inflammation, triggers for over eating, and what habits are their weak points. It took me three rounds before I âgot itâ and it transformed my ability to food choices that work for me!
