Big Ten Pitcher of the Week (April 30)-- Junior right-handed pitcher Lauren Derkowski posted a 2-0 record last week with a 0.88 ERA, 21 strikeouts and just eight hits allowed over 16 innings pitched against Penn State. She tossed a three-hit shutout in the series opener with nine strikeouts and closed the weekend with a season-high 12 strikeouts and five hits allowed over a complete-game, nine-inning win in the series finale. Big Ten Freshman of the Week (April 30) -- Freshman Ella Stephenson led the Wolverines with a .429 batting average with three runs, three extra-base hits and six RBI last week with four wins over Oakland and Penn State. She posted three hits and four RBI in the midweek matchup at Oakland and posted two doubles and two RBI in the second PSU slate. Big Ten Co-Freshman of the Week (April 22) -- Freshman outfielder Ella Stephenson led the Wolverines with a .462 batting average (6-for-13) with a 1.000 slugging percentage and a .500 on-base percentage in wins against Michigan State and Nebraska last week. She posted three extra-base hits and seven RBI. She posted two hits and two RBI in the midweek win over MSU and tallied a career-high three hits and five RBI in the series finale against Nebraska with two triples and the game-ending homer in the sixth inning. Big Ten Co-Player of the Week (April 15) -- Senior first baseman/catcher Keke Tholl was named the Big Ten's Co-Player of the Week after batting .583 (7-for-12) over the Wolverines' five wins last week with a 1.917 slugging percentage and .750 on-base percentage, boasting five home runs and eight RBI. Tholl tied Michigan's program record with three homers and posted four RBI at Michigan State. She reached base in 12 of 13 plate appearances vs. Iowa with four hits, including two homers, four RBI and eight walks. » Big Ten Release

She posted four runs, scored five runs and tallied five RBI. Big Ten Freshman of the Week (April 1) -- Freshman outfielder Ella Stephenson posted a .429 batting average (6-for-14) in U-M's games last week against Toledo and Indiana, boasting two doubles, two runs and six RBI. She posted two RBI doubles in the Saturday game at Indiana and went 3-for-4 in the Sunday finale with two RBI. Big Ten Pitcher of the Week (March 26) -- Junior right-handed pitcher Lauren Derkowski earned Big Ten Pitcher of the Week honors after posting a 3-0 record over the Wolverines' last four games with a 0.70 earned-run average and 23 strikeouts over 20 total innings. She tossed a complete-game, three-hit shutout with seven strikeouts in the home opener against Oakland (March 19) and added eight strikeouts apiece in two games against Purdue. Big Ten Freshman of the Week (March 18) -- Freshman outfielder Jenissa Conway led the Wolverines with a .400 batting average at the Cardinal Classic over the weekend (March 16-17), boasting a 1.300 slugging percentage and .500 on-base percentage. She posted a pair of home runs and four RBI against host Louisville, drove in a run on an RBI double against Dartmouth and tallied her second career triple in the tournament finale against Illinois.
