@VodafoneUK Extremely Slow 4g speeds, slow WiFi from your router, extortionate price quoted to upgrade my sons contract. Long term customer with 3 contracts and broadband and treated terribly. So probably not as it would take quite a lot for me to stay. What about puc code?

@stephent122 @VodafoneUK That's not good. I just put in a switch to them... I've messaged but no reply yet which is also not good. I'm seriously rethinking my options. There's nothing worse than poor service on all fronts....

@WoollyMaggot @OpenreachHelp @VodafoneUK Hi Ben ring this number they have to supply you 10mb download it’s a government policy. BT Universal Service Provider 0800 783 0223 I was getting real bad download and they wanted 300 pounds get out penalty from me but it got waived and they sorted me out with 4g broadband

Screw June 21st. Best day for me will be when my @VodafoneUK contract is up. Proved fault is not my end but still they send a text saying it's my issue and they are closing my ticket. I did the job for them in finding the fault. Told I have to log a new ticket! Utter jokes!

@VodafoneUK How the mighty fall! Shortly after your new website was launched my key number just vanished from my account into thin air. My mobile was shut down. It's now been 5 days. What's going on? Dealing with India btw much less responsive than Egypt.

Is anyone else having issues with their @VodafoneUK network and then fobbed off by the customer service (first time in 9 years). I've not had signal on my phone in the village I live in for 11 days which isn't great when you're an essential worker in the middle of a pandemic.

@VodafoneUK If someone has a mobile broadband data-only SIM on a rolling 30 day contract and wishes to change to a 'Unlimited Max Data SIM plan - 12 months', do they have to take out a new contract with a new SIM and then cancel the old one? I can't see a way to upgrade.

@VodafoneUK Nah, think I'm just going to leave you. Been a customer for well over 10 years and ever since I joined there's been an error with your billing department. Nobody ever wants to take responsibility for it, so looks like I'll have to.
